Claudine Litman
Senior Business Consultant, BFA, MBA
Claudine Litman is the founder of Gendron LLC, a business design consultancy that helps healthcare organizations and consulting teams improve workflows, products, and experiences through data and human-centered design. With over 20 years of experience leading design and strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, she brings a distinctive approach to solving complex healthcare challenges. Before founding Gendron, she served as Executive Director at Yale New Haven Hospital’s Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), where she led business strategy, operations, and new business development. Prior to stepping into that role, Claudine collaborated with CORE’s leadership on department-wide business initiatives as a consultant through Gendron. Earlier in her career, she was a partner and design lead at VSA Partners, where she guided work for clients such as IBM, Bloomberg, and Nike. Claudine holds design degrees from Cégep de Sherbrooke and the School of Visual Arts, as well as an MBA from Yale. Her work has been recognized by Cannes, Graphis, Communication Arts, Effie, and others.
