Claudine Litman
Executive Business Consultant, BFA, MBA
Claudine Litman is the founder of Gendron LLC, a consultancy that partners with organizations to drive organizational strategy, design, and transformation. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, she has led complex strategic initiatives across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, with deep expertise in healthcare as well as experience in technology, financial services, and other industries. She brings a cross-sector perspective to helping organizations address complex challenges and deliver measurable impact.
Before founding Gendron, Claudine served as Executive Director at Yale New Haven Hospital’s Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), where she led business strategy, operations, and new business development. In this role, she worked closely with executive leadership on large-scale initiatives at the intersection of healthcare delivery, performance, and innovation. Earlier in her career, she consulted with a range of healthcare organizations, partnering with C-suite teams to design and implement enterprise-wide programs.
Claudine began her career in the design and consulting industry and was previously a Partner and Design Lead at VSA Partners, where she led work for global organizations including IBM, Bloomberg, and Nike. This foundation continues to inform her human-centered, design-informed approach to business strategy and transformation.
She holds design degrees from Cégep de Sherbrooke and the School of Visual Arts, as well as an MBA from Yale. Her work has been recognized by Cannes, Graphis, Communication Arts, Effie, and other industry organizations.
