Claudine Litman

Claudine Litman is the founder of Gendron LLC, a consultancy that partners with organizations and consulting firms to improve processes, experiences, and organizational strategy through data-driven and human-centered design. Experienced in the healthcare sector, Claudine has applied her expertise across a variety of industries, tackling complex challenges both in healthcare and beyond. With over 20 years of experience leading design and strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, she brings a broad, cross-industry perspective to every project.

Before starting Gendron, she served as Executive Director at Yale New Haven Hospital’s Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), where she led business strategy, operations, and new business development. Prior to that, Claudine consulted for various healthcare organizations, collaborating with C-suite teams on large-scale initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was a partner and design lead at VSA Partners, leading work for clients such as IBM, Bloomberg, and Nike.

Claudine holds design degrees from Cégep de Sherbrooke and the School of Visual Arts, as well as an MBA from Yale. Her work has been recognized by Cannes, Graphis, Communication Arts, Effie, and others.
